Dialup Setup
Windows 95 / 98
• Open My Computer - Dial-up Networking - Make New Connection
• Enter enet as the name of the connection, Click Next
• Enter 15300 as the telephone number
• Select Nepal (977) as the Country Code, Click Next
• Click on Finish
• Right Clck on your enet connection and select Properties
• Select Server Types
• Uncheck all checkboxes Enable Software Compression and TCP/IP
• Click on Ok
• Right Click on your enet connection and select Creat Shortcut
• Click on Yes
• To connect to enet, double click on the enet connection and enter your enet username and password
• Click on Connect
Windows 2000
• Open My Computer - Control Panel - Network and Dial-up Connection - Make New Connection
• The connection wizard will start, begin by clicking Next
• If the Location dialog box appears, select Nepal for the location
• Select Dial-up to Private network, Click Next
• Enter 15300 as the telephone number
• Select either For all users or Only for Myself depending upon your need, Click Next
• Enter enet to the name of this connection
• Click on Finish to complete the process
• Right Click on your enet connection and Select Creat Shortcut
• Click on Yes
• To connect to enet, double click on the enet connection and enter your enet username and password
• Click on Connect
Windows XP
• Open Start - Setting - Control Panel
• Click Network and Internet Connections from Pick a category
• Click Creat a connections to the network at your workplace from
• Select Dial-up to Private Network, Click Next
• Pick a task
• The New connection wizard will open
• Select Dial-up connection and Click Next Button
• Type enet in company name and Click Next Button
• Type 15300 in phone number and click Next Button
• Check Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop and click finish
• A new enet icon is now created
• To connect to enet, double click on the enet connection and enter your enet username and password
• Click on Connect

• Control Panel
• Modems
• Add
• Detect [ Don't detect my modem, i will select from a list ], Next
• Choose Standard 19200 bps modem*, Next
• Choose Comport, Next
• Finished
* may need to change this if UTL Internet configuration changes in future
Windows 2000 [ Modem Configuration for UTL/ WLL Phone ]
• Start - Setting - Control Panel
• Phone & Modems
• Add
• Tick on [ Don't detect my modem, i will select from a list ], Next
• Choose Standard 19200 bps modem*, Next
• Tick on Selected ports
• Choose Comport - higlight comport, Next
• Finished
