USAGE TERMS FOR INTERNET-EMAIL CONNECTIVITY
1. enet will provide Internet/email to the client as per this application.
2. enet will charge a premium per visit for any field support given to the client. New installation, online and telephone support is provided free of charge.
3. enet reserves the right to discontinue at its discretion, the services of those clients who misuse their accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, multiple login through different telephone lines and unauthorized usage of accounts by others.
4. Unlimited Internet Access will not be provided to any Cyber Cafes or Institutions/individuals with networked computers.
5. Once payment is made for the Internet/email service, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6 The client shall use the Internet/email service for information and communication purposes only. Any unlawful activities that offend Nepalese Law and communal harmony are strictly probihited. On having found such activities, enet has the full right to close the account immediately, and all amount whatsoever collected will be confiscated.
7. Spamming or sending mass emails through an enet account is strictly probihited. Any such activity may lead to account suspension and/or termination of the account.
8. The client shall keep the identification and password assigned to him/her confidential. enet will not be responsible for whatsoever problems arising due to leakage of password, and enet is not responsible for unauthorized connectivity from other phone numbers if the client has not restricted his/her phone access.
9. The account password can be changed by enet upon the client's request after verifying authenticity of the request. For security purposes, the request for change of password on the account can only be submitted by the contact person listed on this application.
10. enet and the client reserve the right to discontinue the service if either party fails to comply with this agreement.
11. This agreement shall be executed by enet and the client in good faith. but in case of any dispute remaining unsettled, it will be decided upon mutual understanding.
12. Government taxes and VAT shall be applicable as per government rules.
