Why do I not get the minutes worth as printed in the card ?
For the convenience of the customers we have already added VAT to the cards and are giving you the minutes worth before tax. Example if you buy a card worth Rs. 500 then you will be getting minutes worth Rs. 442. Rs. 58 will be Vat, cards of Rupees 200 will be Rs.177 plus Rs.23 Vat and card of Rs.100 will be Rs. 89 plus Rs.11 Vat. It is always easy to pay Rs. 100, 200, and 500 rather than the amount and some change like 113, 226, and 565. we make it easier for you.
What are equipments I need to use the service?
To use the calling card service, you will need a computer equipped with a sound card ,a speaker/headphone and loaded with Windows 98, 2000, XP or Vista. And the computer has to be connected to the internet.
How is the voice quality of calls?
The voice quality of the calls you are making depends upon the quality of the Internet connection and the processing power of your computer. A good way to have a good quality voice conversation is to make sure there aren’t running any other applications that consume Internet bandwidth.

Yes, you can use the service with a SIP device and the phone you are using at your home/office can be used to make international calls.

What is the validity of the card?
The Rs.100 card is valid for 3 months Rs. 200 for 6 months and Rs. 500 card is valid for 12 months after first use.
Can the card be recharged?
No, sorry the card cannot be recharged. It is a lot of hassle so buying a new card is easier.
How can I view the balance on my card?
Log into the dialer using the account number and PIN on your card. Once logged in, go to file menu and click on my account then you can view card activity and balance.
Does ECC provide customer care service to the customers place?
We can provide you home maintenance service which will come with a charge of Rs. 250.
Is it possible to make calls in Nepal from abroad through Net2phone calling card?
No, calls cannot be made to Nepal but only from Nepal through ECC.

The SMS service printed in the card is to see how lucky you are. With the
